Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Treatment Implementation: Work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality therapeutic services and restorative interventions.


* Functional Training: Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility techniques outlined in their individualized care plans.


* Progress Tracking: Monitor and document resident progress accurately and timely in accordance with California state and federal guidelines.


* Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the PT, nursing staff, and medical team regarding resident status and recovery goals.


* Education: Empower residents and their families through personalized exercise programs, safety training, and functional maintenance strategies.
