* Compensation: $ 21.00 + per hour (DOE)


* Shift Availability: Part-Time (AM & NOC Shifts Available)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


* Clinical Support: Accurately record vital signs and other clinical measurements, reporting any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership promptly.


* Nutritional Support: Assist with meal service, hydration, and general comfort needs to ensure resident wellness.


* Safety & Advocacy: Maintain a clean, safe environment while following all infection control and facility protocols to protect our residents.


* Compassionate Communication: Provide respectful, person-centered care that preserves the dignity and rights of every individual in our facility.

Qualifications:



* Licensure: Active California CNA Certification is required.


* Reliability: Strong attendance record and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic.


* Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.


* Requirements: Must pass a background check and meet all state-mandated health screening requirements.
