Supply Chain Manager

Basic Qualifications:



* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 5 years' experience in a supply chain position.


* Minimum 1 years' experience leading a team


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* Computer Skills-Extensive experience using ERP systems.


* Must be proficient in Excel.


* Business management skills including strong collaboration and communication skills.

Summary
The supply chain manager coordinates the logistics of all aspects of the supply chain including strategy, the source (of raw materials or services), manufacturing (focused on productivity and efficiency), forecasting, inventory management, delivery and logistics, and the return system (for defective or unwanted products).

Interface with customers on site performance.

Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



* Lead the facility in developing a plan and methodology to level and maintain backlog.


* Guarantee and assurance of compliance to the agreed and planned customer delivery dates in the logistics process.


* Creation of a manufacturing program plan based on a long-term, middle-term and short-term planning of Product Management or the available customer and market information.
