Perfectly positioned between Mayfair and Hyde Park, and overlooking two Royal Parks, the hotel seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern sophistication.

We are seeking an accomplished and forward thinking Commercial Director to lead the hotel’s overall commercial direction.

This role holds full responsibility for defining the hotel’s market positioning, strengthening its brand presence, and driving demand across all revenue streams, ensuring a clear and unified approach across each discipline.

As a member of the Executive Committee, reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in shaping the broader business plan and sustaining long term growth.

You will guide and inspire a team of experienced leaders, fostering a culture built on trust, ownership, and consistent delivery.

The position also calls for strong engagement with key partners and a visible presence within the luxury hospitality community.

This is a pivotal appointment for a commercially minded leader with sound judgement, a proven ability to deliver results and a genuine commitment to excellence.

Experience within a five star luxury hotel environment is essential.

You have:


* A degree in Hotel Management, Business or a related discipline, or an equivalent career path shaped through substantial operational experience within high end hospitality.


* A minimum of five years in senior sales and marketing roles, with clear evidence of designing and delivering commercial business plans that have driven measurable growth.


* A minimum of five years’ experience working within the London market, with a strong grasp of its competitive landscape, key segments, and evolving demand drivers.


* Experience gained within a well established and highly regarded international luxury hotel brand is strongly preferred, with a clear understanding of the standards and expectations associated with operating at this level.


* A consistent record of exceeding revenue targets within the luxury service sector, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and guest expectations


* The ability to lead with confidence and credibility, building trust and influence across all levels of the organisation and with external partners.


* A natural people leader who develops talent, encourages accountability, and creates a culture where individuals are motivated to perform at their best.
