Overview

Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our caring team.

The primary purpose of your position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services, in accordance with their assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisors.

Responsibilities



* Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.


* Assist with daily living activities as outlined in each resident's care plan.


* Document the care provided and any changes in resident conditions to your supervisors.


* Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure high-quality care.
