J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Associate Product Manager

This is a high visibility role responsible for working on client-facing features across digital channels, the Chase mobile app, and advisor/branch tool-sets.

As an Associate Product Manager in the JPM Wealth Management Core Capabilities Product team, you will play a critical role in identifying, gathering and analyzing information used in defining the vision and strategy and facilitating execution of the next generation of digital solutions across the Wealth Management business lines.

The role will partner with other product teams, designers, and technology teams across JPM WM and the broader JPM Chase organization to deliver an intuitive, controlled, and seamless experience for all JPM WM clients and advisors.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working on large-scale initiatives, connecting dots across product lines, and conducting deep analysis to recommend solutions supported by data.

Job Responsibilities:


* Serve as the initial contact between our business and technology partners to triage new features and enhancement requests, ensure clear understanding of the desired business objective, and how the new functionality supports firm wide business strategies


* Conduct requirement-elicitation meetings with appropriate teams to understand the context of critical stakeholder needs, pain points and business impact


* Engage with Tech Architect to determine architectural impact to Platform and identification of potential impact to other Platforms


* Participate in preparation tasks for prioritization through Agile planning methods and work with Product Owner to make recommendations into final prioritization decisions


* Adopt usage of processes and tools for appropriate documentation of the business problem, use cases, user stories, current state (As-Is) and target state (To-Be) processes


* Lead partnership with Quality Assurance to drive functional end-to-end testing across all channels (web, mobile).

Drive the prioritization of any defects found and work with technology on the resolution


* Lead release coordination and planning


* Develop expert level knowledge of current state platform and help with solutioning the target state.


* Provide key input in build out of multi-year product roadmap and translate product strategy into defining actionable deliverables


* Provide key input in defining the OKRs by partnering with cross functional leaders


* Proactively analyze data and leverage data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to ensure that key results are on-track


* Generate ideas for continuous improvement and process improvements to promote productivity, efficiency, and increased collaboration across multiple scrum teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 2-5 years of product management or business analyst experience with a strong analytical background; project management experience a plus
