What You’ll Be Working On:      


* Organizing and cataloging corporate artifacts, historical records, and branded marketing materials


* Scanning, uploading, and digitally archiving important documents, photos, and legacy materials


* Supporting research into company history, milestones, and brand evolution


* Maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure long-term accessibility


* Working within document management systems and shared drives to organize and retrieve information


* Assisting with special archival and administrative projects that support brand, communications, and leadership teams

What You Bring to the Team


* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, History, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


* Comfortable working in digital systems, databases, and shared folders


* Ability to scan, upload, catalog, and manage documents with accuracy and care


* Resourceful, dependable, and able to troubleshoot basic system or process issues


* Professional discretion and respect for confidential or historically significant information
