✨ Design personalized, meaningful therapy plans that restore function and joy.
🚶‍♀️ Help residents crush their mobility goals (and celebrate every milestone 🥳).
🤝 Collaborate with nurses, OT/PTA teammates, and other care heroes 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️.
📚 Educate and empower — residents, families, and staff alike.
🌈 Bring positivity, humor, and heart into every session.
