What You'll Do (Hands-On Work Daily):


* Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting)


* Troubleshoot and fix electrical & plumbing issues


* Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures


* Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests


* Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly


* Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep


* Participate in on-call rotation (as needed)

✅ What We're Looking For:


* 4 years of maintenance/facilities experience


* Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs


* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record


* Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused

What You Get:


* $20-$25/hour (based on experience)


* Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
