Job Summary

Responsible for management, maintenance, and upgrade of all user systems including OS; patches/updates; asset tracking; imaging; software packaging; reporting; licensing; and system lifecycle.

Maintains an inventory of all systems, software, licensing, deployments, and ownership.

Builds system images compatible with disparate hardware vendors.

Tests application compatibility against existing hardware and software/OS.

Assists with leading and facilitating groups across all levels of the organization to deliver valued outcomes to drive business decisions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Ability to provide general technical guidance to staff to focused on engineering concepts to achieve organizational goals.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V Server, VMWare, or Nutanix.

· Ability to apply complex engineering concepts for the optimization of equipment, procedures, processes, and/or systems.

· Knowledge of Active Directory, Group polices and PXE Boot.

· Must be able to work weekends and holidays as assigned.

· Ability to work collaboratively with team members, leaders, and external stakeholders to support the implementation of complex solutions.

· Knowledge of complex engineering principles and concepts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possession of a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate and eight (8) years of experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Windows Server update Services (WSUS), administering Windows computers or

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Associate's Degree and six (6) years of experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Windows Server update Services (WSUS), administering Windows computers or

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Windows Server update Services (WSUS), administering Windows computers or

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree and two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Windows Server update Services (WSUS), administering Windows computers is required .

• Valid driver's license is required .

This position is considered a safety-sensitive position.
