Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 100% FTE daytime shift.

Hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday with rotating holiday coverage.

You will work at the East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:


* Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Work Experience



* 6 months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience Required
