This is a 100% FTE position.

Clinic hours are: Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Hours are based off the operational needs of the department.

You will work at the Sun Prairie Clinic.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:


* Provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient- and family- centered environment.


* Promote healthy lifestyles, prevention, and wellness measures, as well as, provide chronic condition management and education.


* Utilize critical thinking skills in a variety of ways, such as triaging phone calls, following up on MyChart messages, and providing direct patient care.

Qualifications



* Graduate of school of nursing Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience



* 6 months of RN experience Required


* Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required


* CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required


* Applicable clinical certification Preferred
