Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE, night shift.

Monday - Friday working a flexible shift that will be discussed during the interview.

No weekends required.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Supervisor, WI Sleep Clinic to:


* Lead and develop an effective staff: provide effective communication, guidance, resources and work collaboratively with leadership.


* Schedule and supervise sleep studies, ensure adherence to protocols and AASM quality standards, coordinate staff schedules, facilitate training and onboarding, and provide technical guidance.


* Identify and solve operational problems, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and improve overall operation of the sleep lab.


* Provide patient care, as needed, and/or act as a clinical resource and mentor to staff.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma Required


* Bachelor's Degree in business or another related field Preferred


* Registered sleep technician or registered respiratory therapist Preferred

Work Experience



* 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting Required


* 1 year of leadership experience Required


* 5 years of experience performing all direct care duties as a Sleep Technician Preferred


* 1 year of supervisory experience or teaching experience in a Sleep Technician program or other healthcare setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* CMS recognized certification as a Registered Sleep Technician within 2 Yrs Required or


* Registration as a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) within 2 Yrs Required


* CPR Certification Upon Hire Required


* Registered respiratory therapist Preferred
