Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Business Partner for demand management, requirements structuring, and stakeholder engagement for strategic data and analytics initiatives across global environments.

This role operates at the intersection of business, data, and delivery, acting as the key interface to capture, shape, and structure demand before execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong business partnering and communication skills with a structured, methodology-driven mindset.

They are able to navigate complex and political environments, challenge business needs, and translate them into clear, actionable, and financially sound initiatives.

A solid understanding of data and analytics ecosystems is essential, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams, fluency in data-related terminology, and the ability to bridge business needs with data-driven solutions.

This role requires an exceptional communicator and structured who thrives in complex environments, navigates political dynamics with maturity, and ensures disciplined delivery of critical data initiatives.

Demand Management & Requirements Leadership


* Own and drive the end-to-end demand management process for data and analytics initiatives.


* Lead structured requirements gathering, validation, and prioritization, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business strategy.
