Assembly Coordinator - Jamison

Key Responsibilities:  


* Coordinate daily assembly operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource use. 


* Supervise and train the assembly team to meet performance, safety, and quality standards. 


* Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines and resolve issues. 


* Conduct quality checks and collaborate with quality control to maintain high standards. 


* Manage inventory and collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure material availability. 


* Ensure health and safety compliance, conducting regular safety checks and addressing hazards. 


* Troubleshoot issues on the assembly line to improve workflow and minimize disruptions. 


* Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management on production status. 


* Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning and engineering, to improve processes and resolve bottlenecks. 

 Qualifications: 


* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 


* Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly line or manufacturing operations. 


* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 


* Familiarity with production scheduling, inventory management, and safety protocols. 


* Experience with Lean or continuous improvement practices is a plus. 


* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. 

 Physical Requirements: This position may require frequent bending, lifting, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Employees should be able to perform this duty with or without reasonable accommodations.

Schedule Requirements:


* Must be able to work the required scheduled hours from 6:00AM-4:30PM M-T.


* Must be available for overtime as production needs require with occasional Saturday's.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour.
