Senior Consultant, Analytics

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a talented, committed and energetic Senior Consultant to join our Analytics team.

The Senior Consultant is an integral member of project teams where he/she will have a strong background in data analytics, project management, and communication, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Essential Functions 


* Collaborate with team members on Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients. 



* Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets and identify key insights. 



* Collaborate with consultants and clients to identify business needs and develop customized solutions. 



* Understand our client’s business needs and manage the process of developing analysis methodology.

This individual will also be responsible to educate other team members on methodology. 



* Coordinate and oversee project-based activities for Associates on an as needed basis.



* Participate in recruiting efforts, together with providing training and mentoring support to additional and/or more junior staff.



* Create and manage client proposals and presentations.

  

  

Position Requirements 

  

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

  

Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or project management.

  

Other Skills: 


* Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques. 



* Experience with data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS. 



* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels. 



* Experience working in the life sciences industry.



* Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
