Manager, Analytics

Trinity Life Sciences is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to join our Analytics team.

The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to help our clients in the life sciences industry improve their business performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, project management, and communication, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. 

 

Essential Functions 


* Lead and manage Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients. 



* Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze complex datasets and identify key insights. 



* Collaborate with consultants and clients to identify business needs and develop customized solutions. 



* Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to clients. 



* Ensure that Analytics projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. 



* Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of data analytics. 



* Coach and mentor junior Analytics team members to develop their skills and advance their careers. 



* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. 



* Communicate project progress and results to clients and stakeholders. 

 

Position Requirements 

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field 

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or project management. 

Other Skills: 



* Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques. 



* Experience with data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS. 



* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels. 



* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 



* Experience working in the life sciences industry is a plus. 



* Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
