COMPENSATION INFORMATION 
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.

While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range.

We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process. 

Administrative Coordinator II|Pay Range: $47,050.00 - $56,430.00

Administrative Coordinator III |Pay Range: $51,150.00 - $62,630.00

To Be Successful in This Role, We’re Looking For: 


* Level II:
+ Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience; or
+ In lieu of a degree, 5 years of related experience


* Level III:
+ Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of related experience; or
+ In lieu of a degree, 7 years of related experience

Required:


* Operating knowledge of standard office equipment, including phone systems and photocopy machines.


* Experience in Microsoft Office products including experience in e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.


* Experience in creating and editing documents in Adobe.


* Posess a valid state driver’s license.


* Experience managing work cues, inventory supplies or multiple work projects simultaneously.


* Experience with fast-paced customer-focused work environments.
