Candidates must be licensed as a Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA).

Requirements:


* The ability to foster an environment of excellence while leading a caring team who makes a difference in the lives of our residents who we are privileged to serve.


* A strong understanding of the long-term care industry and operations


* An active and valid Healthcare Facility Administrator license in Indiana


* A Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
