Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Functional Rehabilitation: Execute individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed OT, focusing on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility.


* Therapeutic Intervention: Provide skilled treatments using adaptive equipment and specialized techniques to help residents reach their maximum potential.


* Progress Tracking: Closely monitor resident performance and provide accurate, timely documentation to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team.


* Collaborative Care: Work alongside Physical and Speech Therapists to deliver a holistic, coordinated approach to patient recovery.


* Education & Advocacy: Instruct residents, families, and nursing staff on maintenance programs and safety techniques to ensure a successful discharge.
