Position Details
• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
• Pay: 32 to 45 per hour based on experience
• Schedule: Full time and part time opportunities available
• Shifts: All shifts available

What You Will Do
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality care
• Support a positive and respectful environment for residents and team members

Qualifications
• Active LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in post acute or skilled nursing preferred but not required
