* The role of theSupport Analyst is to support the business and information technology processes within the company's healthcare ecosystem, and to document system processes.


* Adhere to and comprehend US Renal Care's HIPAA and HITECH regulations.


* Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.


* Promote US Renal Care's IT initiatives through documentation and communication.



* Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
