Job Description:

Inside HPE Networking organization, the OSS Assurance Technology Practice is a team of consultants in charge of delivering technical projects worldwide on OSS Assurance products (Fault and Performance for Telecom Networks Management).

We are looking for motivated and experienced Solution Architect, familiar with network fault management, alarms and events correlation, data visualization, or network performance management.

Experience in delivering telecom projects in similar role is required.

Experience or understanding of some of our HPE Assurance products like vTeMIP, UCA, Fault Management UI or trouble ticketing integration (UTTL) is needed and we expect to offer rapidly the possibility to ramp-up on the new Automated Assurance products.

Our team is supporting/accelerating the Cloud/SaaS transformation and new Cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift will be used in these solutions/architectures and services.

This is a US based, teleworking position.

U.S.

citizenship is required for this role.

Travel for on-site customer meetings and deployment is required.

Responsibilities:

In a typical day as Senior Technical Consultant in OSS Assurance Technology Practice, you would:


* Be responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, based on HPE OSS Assurance products and in accordance with an agreed technical design.

Capable to be delivery hands on based on project specificities.

Provides technical consultation and support for the Delivery Engineers.


* This includes
+ Responsible with the High Level Design creation - for the delivered solution.
+ The deployment and configuration of HPE OSS Assurance products into customer environment.
+ the definition of correlation and automation rules for problem detection, service impact analysis, and automatic remediation.
+ the customization of user interfaces to fit with customer needs.
+ the integration of the HPE OSS Assurance products within customer existing ecosystem like trouble ticketing system, inventory, Network equipment.
