Your role:

The Internal Manufacturing Procurement role is responsible for identifying and establishing sourcing opportunities for key categories like raw materials, active ingredients, and site services at Elanco's Global Manufacturing sites.

This individual develops market knowledge, implements best business practices, and leads strategic sourcing projects, including negotiation and contracting, to add value.

They also manage critical supplier relationships to ensure targeted value is realized for the business.

Your Responsibilities:



* Lead Raw Material Category Management for all EMEA and APAC manufacturing sites, providing country-specific market intelligence to mitigate supply risk and inform business decisions.


* Partner with Elanco Procurement Global Category Leaders to drive productivity through strategic sourcing and leverage deep category, business, and industry knowledge for direct MRP categories.


* Act as a business partner, change agent, and coach for manufacturing site leaders and stakeholders, ensuring full understanding of business needs and successful implementation of Procurement solutions.


* Lead complex local and global projects through the strategic sourcing process, from strategy development and supplier selection to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management with critical stakeholders (e.g., Quality, Supply Chain).


* Ensure timely planning, scheduling, and execution of all category management, sourcing, and contracting events, including running prioritization meetings and presenting strategic recommendations to all levels of leadership.
