Position: Hospital Operations Coordinator

Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach is a 18-bed inpatient, free standing Adult Psychiatric hospital that specializes in treating Anxiety, Major Depression, Mood disturbances, Psychosis, and other mental health illnesses.

The Hospital Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the hospital.

This position bridges multiple departments, assisting with human resources tasks, managing supply procurement, and coordinating new employee orientation to ensure smooth and efficient hospital operations.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma required.


* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.


* 2 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations preferred.


* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:


* Assist with recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and onboarding.


* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.


* Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.


* Prepare orientation materials and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed.


* Monitor inventory levels and order medical and office supplies as needed.


* Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing.
