Job responsibilities


* Assist in the set up and closing of transactions for loan originations in the leasing and loan system and by collaborating with team members to ensure all necessary documentation is accurately finalized.


* Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams, to ensure clear communication and efficient handling of loan transactions.


* Identify and address issues that arise during the booking specialist process by applying analytical skills and problem-solving techniques to find effective solutions.


* Assist in identifying potential conflicts and work collaboratively with team members to mediate and resolve disputes, ensuring a harmonious workflow.


* Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities related to leasing and loan system execution, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
