Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong enterprise experience to drive technical delivery, team leadership, and application ecosystem ownership.

This role combines full-stack development, engineering leadership, and oversight of both custom-built platforms and integrated SaaS solutions.

This role is critical to building high-performing engineering teams while enabling seamless technology integration across the broader enterprise ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has experience leading and mentoring developers, collaborating with consultants and offshore teams, and delivering scalable, secure digital solutions within complex enterprise environments.

Experience building insurance products and digital solutions is preferred.

A strong focus on security, compliance, and operational excellence is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on technical leader across the full stack, contributing to architecture, design, development, code reviews, and complex problem resolution.

• Lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

• Facilitate discussions with business and product leaders to define priorities, align technology initiatives with strategic objectives, and manage the product/application backlog in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into well-architected technical solutions.

• Govern, review, and contribute to project plans, resource plans, timelines, and Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure accurate scope definition, capacity planning, and delivery accountability.

• Drive system architecture, technical design, requirements documentation, and feasibility assessments within defined timelines and budgets.

• Design, develop, test, and implement robust software solutions that address complex business needs.

• Lead production support efforts including triage, root cause analysis, and performance optimization to ensure system reliability and stability.

• Establish and uphold engineering standards, design patterns, governance practices, and SDLC discipline.

• Advance engineering maturity through CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps practices, observability, and cloud-native modernization initiatives.

• Provide technical leadership across APIs, middleware, identity management, integrations, data flows, and SaaS platform connectivity.

• Oversee SaaS integrations and vendor solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and operational requirements.
