Traveling Class A CDL Equipment Operator / HAZMAT Truck Driver

Clean Harbors in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Traveling Class A CDL Equipment Operator / Truck Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks/work equipment at our customer sites; some of the vehicles operated include vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs.

This role is responsible for performing driving and non-driving duties on and off customer sites associated with hazardous waste clean-up.

* This position requires about 50% travel around the United States for Emergency Response projects.


* All travel expenses are paid for by the company and per diem is offered while traveling.


* Hours and schedule are not guaranteed, and will vary with emergency response needs.


* We offer a competitive starting hourly wage with opportunity to earn several pay increases over your first 12 months.


* Your first two weeks will be attending the paid training Academy, typically held out of state.
