Industrialization test development engineer

* Design a functional testing plan for the new project based on project requirements & testing specifications.


* Capable of writing ATE testing equipment specifications for products and PCBA.


* Familiar with the PMP process and have relevant work experience


* Familiar with the ECO process and able to use problem-solving tools to analyze and solve problems.


* Experience in outsourcing and accepting testing equipment.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics, measurement, automation, electrical engineering or related fields.


* More than 3 years of experience in ATE testing and development, capable of completing hardware design and drawings for testing equipment.


* Proficient in using LabVIEW to develop testing software.


* Familiar with conventional testing principles and familiar with instrument and equipment operation.

Strong hands-on ability.


* Strong communication skills, good in English reading and writing; good teamwork.
