Upstream Planning Leader
Be at the forefront of supply chain excellence! Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Materials Procurement & Inventory Management Professional, where you'll orchestrate seamless material flows and drive operational efficiency.
What will you do:
* Lead and optimize the plant's Master Production Schedule, balancing forecasts, workload, and capacity requirements
* Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including forecast releases and logistics terms to enhance supply chain performance
* Oversee raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods flow from suppliers through production to distribution centers
* Drive continuous improvement in key supply and stock management parameters, including lead times, quantities, and stocking policies
* Coordinate materials requirements planning and inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock levels

Qualifications
* Industrial Engineering, International Business or related
* 3 years of experience in planning, inventory management, negotiation with suppliers and search for new ones.
* Ability to colaborate in agile and multicultural environments.
* Advanced english level
