EcoStruxure Plant Regional Consultant

For this U.S.

based position, the expected base salary is $134,202.00 - $153,500.00 per year.

Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job- related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

seeks an EcoStruxure Plant Regional Consultant in Andover, MA.

Job Description: Collaborate with country organizations during the opportunity pre-sales and project execution phases.

Ensure EcoStruxure Plant systems are specified, correctly proposed, designed, developed, and commissioned to a high level of quality that meets the customer's requirements.

Promote EcoStruxure Plant portfolio solution technical benefits.

Provide technical assistance to Schneider local pre-sales and project personnel at bidding EcoStruxure Plant projects.

Execute key client projects (direct and indirect).

Provide knowledge transfer to Internal team Delivery and Schneider country organizations and channels through delivery of expert level design and engineering, mentoring and coaching Schneider local technical resources.

Assist in the creation of technical material, technical guides, white papers, and knowledge-based articles.

45% travel required (25% international, 20% domestic) to North/South America for technical workshops, project execution, and test integration.

Requirements: Position requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or related field and progressive, post-Bachelor's experience (5 years with Master's or 7 years with Bachelor's) in EcoStruxure solution architecture, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following: Designing secure, open, interoperable, and modular control systems aligning with IEC61499 standard and following an event driven, object oriented, and distributed approach; Automating using modern engineering tools (asset centric model, single-line engineering, single system application,...
