Application Lead, Syniti Analyst

The Digital Finance Layer (DFL) is Schneider Electric's Global SAP S4/HANA Central Finance system, utilized for real-time reporting and analysis.

It aggregates data from various source ERPs, including both former Federated ERPs and non-Federated ERPs, SAP and non-SAP systems.

For non-SAP source ERPs, we employ Data Services and Syniti to replicate data in real-time to DFL.

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to ensure the continuous availability and optimal support of the Data Services and Syniti solution.

Key Responsibilities:


* Ownership: Assume full responsibility for the Syniti solution, ensuring its reliability and performance.


* Configuration: Manage and configure Syniti to meet business requirements.


* Analysis & Design: Analyse, design, and implement changes within Syniti to enhance functionality.


* Monitoring: Oversee real-time data replication processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


* Integration Support: Collaborate on projects to integrate additional data sources into DFL using Syniti.


* Team Collaboration: Work as an integral part of the DFL Team within Schneider Digital - Enterprise IT.

Required Qualifications:



* Professional Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in data integration, ETL development, and data migration projects.


* SQL & SSMS: Advanced proficiency in SQL and extensive hands-on experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for development, optimization, and troubleshooting.


* ETL Tools: Strong background in working with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools to design, build, and maintain data pipelines.


* SAP Data Services: Deep expertise in SAP Data Services (BODS), including both development (jobs, dataflows, transforms) and administration (repositories, job servers, Management Console).


* Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze Data Services job flows, identify root causes of failures or inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.


* SAP Finance & Controlling: Basic working knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules and their relevance to data processes and migrations.


* Data Migration: Demonstrated experience executing data migration projects with a solid understanding of migration methodologies and best practices.


* Syniti Expertise: Proficiency in Syniti Data Integration, including the use of constructs, stored procedures, and SQL integration to manage and streamline data flows.
