The Resident Education & Continuity Clinic (RECC) is an outpatient program that supports the Psychiatry Residency Program by providing clinical training opportunities for residents preparing to become attending psychiatrists.

The clinic delivers a comprehensive range of behavioral health services for individuals with serious mental illness, including medication support, individual and group therapy, and case management.

The Mobile Psychiatric Services (MPS) team operates in the field and focuses on engaging the top 40 high utilizers of crisis and emergency services, connecting them to the least restrictive and most appropriate levels of care.

The Behavioral Health Services Supervisor oversees a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes Clinical Therapists, Behavioral Health Specialists, Peer Support Specialists, CSAs, Psychiatrists, Physical Therapists, and Nurses.

This position is responsible for staff supervision and oversight, hiring, clinical guidance, performance evaluations, and the facilitation of training and professional development.
We are looking for candidates who


* Are Licensed professionals (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC)


* Have a minimum of two years post-licensure experience


* Have strong computer and organizational skills


* Have supervisory/lead experience

For this recruitment, the position is eligible for a 10% DTR differential that is applied to hours physically worked.

At any time, this differential can be removed.
