Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems.
The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.
The Transportation Assistant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Working 7 days on 7 days off schedule
* Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and requests.
* Processing customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
* Providing timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns.
* Exceeding customer's service expectations.
* Performing other related duties as assigned.
* Talking with customers by phone concerning orders.
* Receiving and entering phone and fax orders.
* Calling customers when necessary to advise, and/or provide information necessary to process orders.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
equivalent is required.
* 1 year customer service experience from a call center background is required.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
* Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Ability to use general office equipment such as: copier, fax, scanner, phone.
* Data entry - speed and accuracy.
* Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
* Switchboard telephone experience.
