Dublin Post Acute Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our clinical team.

* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility standards.


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.


* Complete assessments and documentation per state and facility guidelines.


* Respond to resident needs and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and comfort.


* Support STNAs and coordinate daily care routines.


* Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and leadership.

🧩 Requirements


* Active Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.


* Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.


* Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.


* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently on weekends.


* Ability to pass background check and meet facility health requirements.
