Key Responsibilities


* Assist nursing staff with patient care and daily activities


* Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs


* Monitor and report changes in patient condition


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment


* Follow all facility policies, procedures, and care plans

Qualifications


* Current RNA certification (as required by the state of California)


* Prior post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
