Responsibilities:


* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist


* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills


* Monitor and document patient progress


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care


* Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and goals

Qualifications:


* Current COTA license in California


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach


* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
