About the Role
The Identity and Access Management specialist role includes the following responsibilities:


* Support the implementation of IAM processes across the FRFS business line, ensuring compliance standards are met and alignment with enterprise security standards and security best practices.


* Facilitate the development and socialization of IAM policies that align FRFS business needs with enterprise capabilities and standards


* Support enterprise IAM tooling and migration efforts, serving as a central point of contact for FRFS where appropriate


* Socialize IAM best-practices and foster an IAM-aware “culture” across FRFS


* Provide IAM consultation to FRFS stakeholders to help them understand policies, practices, and foster a common understanding and adoption of IAM best practices.


* Maintain relationships with business areas and enterprise partners that interact with FRFS in a moderately complex manner on a regular basis.
