Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:


* Manage daily processing of sales and remittance advice data, ensuring timely and accurate posting for both 3rd Party and Intercompany transactions in line with country SLAs.


* Maintain data accuracy and compliance by adhering strictly to internal control procedures—critical for effective credit control and debt collection.


* Serve as the subject matter expert for Cash Application processes and related systems; collaborate with cross-functional teams during process enhancements, acquisitions/divestitures, and major system or tool implementations.


* Ensure functional issues are properly prioritized, addressed, and resolved within expected timelines.


* Liaise frequently with internal stakeholders—including sales teams, logstic and customers—to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve account-related issues.


* Actively engage with country business teams to support operational needs and build strong working relationships.


* Lead monthly engagement meetings as a regular pulse check on service delivery and performance.


* Prepare and deliver monthly KPI reporting, highlighting performance trends and areas for improvement.


* Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely closure and supporting
