The Staff/Principle Lead Electrical Engineer will be assigned to SlingWorks, our advanced R&D organization, and will be part of a world-class team developing latest perception and virtual reality technologies.

Summary of Responsibilities
The Lead Electrical Engineer - is responsible for developing and integrating visually augmented systems for dismounted Warfighter applications to include see-through displays with extended reality applications.
This role, reporting to the Chief Engineer of Integrated Vision Systems, involves working closely with development and product teams to ensure that all systems are integrated to meet performance requirements.
The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for understanding and translating complex customer requirements into technical solutions, creating and managing development, integration and testing solutions, and ensuring that all systems are properly integrated.
Core responsibilities involve configuring and maintaining middleware and other integration tools as well as mentoring junior engineers.
This position will research, plan, design, develop, analyze, and test a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including displays, sensors, processors, interface units, and other electronic devices, circuitry components, analog and digital electronics, and control and test equipment.
