Director of Corporate & Asia Sales
At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Director of Corporate and Asia Sales to join our growing team.

As Director of Corporate and Asia Sales, you will drive and develop both new and existing business within the Corporate and key Asian market segments, maximizing revenue in line with assigned targets.
You will be responsible for expanding the hotel’s existing corporate and international client network by representing the hotel at local, regional, national, and international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events across corporate travel, MICE, and luxury leisure sectors.
Working collaboratively with the Global Sales team, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies, agencies, and key partners across Asian markets to strengthen the hotel’s presence and brand positioning.
Education
* University degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or Hotel School qualification.
Critical Expertise & Experience
* Proven track record of sales achievement with a minimum of 5-8+ years’ experience within the service or hospitality industry.
* Well-established network within the Corporate segment.
* Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to anticipate market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
* Solid understanding of key market segments including Corporate, Conference, and Leisure.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make informed and calculated business decisions.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards and strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Delphi systems is desirable.
* Demonstrated cross-functional experience or in-depth knowledge of relevant business functions.
* Proven ability to build and grow strong customer relationships and work effectively with Global Sales Office (GSO) networks.
* Consistent track record of delivering measurable sales results.
* Mandarin language proficiency is essential.
