Training Coordinator

What will you do?

As the Training Coordinator you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and improves organizational performance.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Training Needs Assessment: collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs


* Program Development: design and creating training materials


* Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and participation registration


* Training Delivery: Facilitates training sessions, workshops, and seminars.


* Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, and maintain records of training activities and participant progress


* Knowledge of Quality Modules Standards.


* Computer Knowlagent (power point, excel)


* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Who will you report to?


* Plant Manager

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education , Business Administration , or High School with more than 5 years of experience on the field


* Spanish and English Communication


* Must have the legal right to work in the US (no option to support sponsorship)
