About the Role:
As a Senior Specialist for TalentLink within People Technology Services, you will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining advanced HR technology solutions.

You will focus on TalentLink as well as its integrations and related HR digital processes.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of HR technologies across the organization.

Through your expertise, you will enable seamless digital HR operations, improve data governance, and support data-driven decision-making.

This role is an individual contributor position requiring specialized HR Technology expertise, strong independence in decision-making, and the ability to guide less experienced colleagues.

What you will do:



* Manage and optimize TalentLink and related HR technology platforms to ensure seamless functionality and high user satisfaction.


* Design, implement, and maintain system configurations, workflows, and templates within TalentLink to support evolving HR needs.


* Lead complex system integration initiatives, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and security across interconnected platforms.


* Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and serve as a subject-matter expert for global and regional stakeholders.


* Enhance digital HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved user experience.


* Ensure data integrity and compliance, conducting regular audits and supporting adherence to internal and external data standards.


* Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on projects, updates, and solution delivery.


* Provide expert guidance and support to HR teams, process owners, and end users regarding best practices and system capabilities.


* Participate in and drive HR technology projects, contributing both operational and functional insights.


* Mentor and support less experienced team members, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
