At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are looking to for Full and Part Time Waitstaff to join us with an immediate start date in the heart of Mayfair.

What you’ll be doing:

As a key member of our service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering a memorable experience for every guest by providing outstanding service, delicious food, and perfectly crafted drinks.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


* Greeting guests and taking food and drink orders


* Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar teams


* Delivering meals and beverages promptly and accurately


* Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the terrace area before and after service


* Handling guest queries and concerns with professionalism and care

What we’re looking for:


* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, bartender, or barista is preferred.


* Proven ability to handle guest interactions and resolve issues calmly and confidently.


* A positive attitude and a strong team spirit


* Willingness to learn new skills and support colleagues across the wider hotel team.
