* Rate: $48.00 per hour


* Shift: Full-Time, AM Shift (Morning)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Clinical Oversight: Lead the nursing care for a designated group of residents, ensuring all medical treatments and medications are administered accurately.


* Acute Assessment: Perform high-level clinical assessments, identifying changes in condition and coordinating immediately with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.


* Care Coordination: Manage the admission and discharge process for short-term rehab patients, ensuring seamless transitions of care.


* Team Leadership: Supervise LVNs and CNAs, providing clinical guidance and ensuring facility protocols are followed.


* Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time electronic medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:



* Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.


* Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.


* Experience: Previous experience in post-acute, SNF, or acute care is preferred.


* Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, ability to multitask in a high-volume setting, and strong verbal/written English communication.
