Your Impact

As an LVN at Lone Tree, you are the backbone of our patient care.

Your daily contributions will include:



* Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.


* Administering medications and treatments with accuracy and clinical excellence.


* Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the RN or physician.


* Maintaining clear, accurate, and timely electronic medical records.


* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and aides to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.

Qualifications



* License: Current, valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of California.


* Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.


* Experience: New graduates are welcome! We provide the orientation and support you need to succeed.
