Position Responsibilities


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team


* Accurately document care and maintain medical records


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes


* Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications


* Current, active RN license in good standing


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
