Leads a wide range of management and technical assignments within the function, including establishing operational plans for the function and leading the implementation of strategic goals.

Responsible for providing and leading consultative work of varying complexity in areas such as strategic direction and support, problem resolution, and business planning.

Supports the function’s leadership team in their System work and may manage System initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:  


* Support Business Director and Executive Sponsors in managing deliverables aligned to the S&R Common Data Platform High-Priority Initiative (HPI).


* As part of the S&R CDP Business Director organization, lead strategic resource planning and program alignment for S&R with the new System IT operating model.


* Maintain primary responsibility for business plans and consulting needs related to System legacy S&R technology products in-scope for CDP, ensuring needs align with future technology investments and strategies.


* Lead the creation and implementation of S&R business-centric CDP executive reporting to ensure clear communication and transparency to CDP S&R executive stakeholders and sponsors.


* Partner with members of the CDP S&R leadership team, sponsors, and CDP IT program management to ensure alignment on key CDP milestones.


* Support the CDP Business Director on S&R business technology strategy development and implementation in partnership with the CEP Business Director and other key S&R executive stakeholders.


* Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and work expeditiously across an expansive business governance structure.   


* Work requires substantial autonomy and independence; however, expectations include communicating directly with other team members, mentoring, and building relationships within and outside of the CDP program.
