Position Summary

The Life & Health Risk Advisor plays a key role in driving new business growth within our Life & Health division.

This is a proactive, relationship-driven sales role focused on helping clients navigate important decisions around their health coverage, life insurance, and financial protection needs.

In this role, you will partner with individuals and families to assess their needs, educate them on available options, and provide tailored recommendations across a range of Life & Health solutions.

You will also collaborate closely with leadership and internal service teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience from initial consultation through ongoing support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



* Identify, prospect, and secure new Life & Health clients


* Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, centers of influence, digital outreach, and community involvement


* Meet and exceed key performance indicators including revenue, new business production, and activity goals


* Maintain an active and organized sales pipeline within CRM systems


* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client health, financial, and protection goals


* Present customized solutions including:
+ Health Insurance (Individual & Family)
+ Life Insurance (Term, Whole, Universal)
+ Supplemental and ancillary products (e.g., dental, vision, disability)


* Educate clients on plan options, coverage differences, and long-term considerations


* Perform policy reviews to identify gaps and cross-sell opportunities


* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing client support
