Your Day to Day


* Build and enhance training programmes that strengthen sales skills, tools knowledge and overall team capability. 


* Evaluate and improve existing programmes to ensure they remain effective, relevant and engaging. 


* Develop and support sales strategies, onboarding and soft‑skills training to elevate seller and leader performance. 


* Partner with commercial and technology teams to improve systems, reporting and operational processes. 


* Guide and coach sellers and leaders, offering practical support, feedback and ongoing development.

What We Need From You


* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field. 


* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders. 


* Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or commercial performance improvement. 


* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes for diverse audiences. 


* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills
